Search Engine Marketing Specialist
The Search Engine Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and implementing search engine marketing efforts with the objective of bringing qualified visitors to company web sites.

SEO Manager
As a manager of TuZoom?s Search Engine Optimization
The SEO Manager will be required to:
- Manage search marketing campaigns for multiple business units through first and second tier search engines.
- Manage Search Engine Optimization (SEO) projects, employing methods including alt tag tuning, directory submission, and URL/page content optimization.
- Understand and employ advanced search marketing techniques such as contextual ads, geo-targeting, and day-parting.
- Expand keyword inventory.
- Optimize and test ad copy.
- Work with and manage outside partnering agencies.
- Improve landing page performance through complex testing, visitor segmentation, and messaging.
- Analyze search marketing campaign performance.
- Analyze user behavior using backend server reporting.
- Work in conjunction with IT teams to develop tools for conversion tracking, keyword bid management, and reporting.
- Conduct competitive research.
- Develop quarterly and annual projections and work to meet those unit and revenue goals.
- Work cross-functionally with Finance, Central Web Team, Analytics, and Agency to ensure reporting accuracy and to identify revenue risks/opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years search engine marketing experience.
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
- Experience analyzing large datasets to gain insights and drive business decisions.
- Solid understanding of various marketing metrics.
- Experience with test design, response models ? segmentation and program evaluation highly desired.
- Habit of using measurement and analysis to inform marketing decisions.

Online Media Buyer with SEM Experience
The Media Buying Specialist is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and executing new media opportunities and sustainable, scalable partnerships.
Specialist will also be required to:
- Maintain relationships with online media publishers and partners.
- Negotiating and review advertising agreements (rates, placements, parameters, etc.).
- Assist sales with the creative development and execution supporting online media efforts (includes copywriting, overseeing art direction, providing technical specifications) and ensure creative trafficking requests are completed.
- Design test strategies and creative to optimize campaign performance results.
- Monitor tracking, delivery, and campaign performance on an ongoing basis.
- Optimize buys, renegotiate rates, and cancel or renew as necessary.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing or related field, preferably with 3 years directly experience as an online media buyer or equivalent experience. Previous ad sales experience a plus.
- Extensive experience purchasing and managing a variety of online media (banner ads, emails, pop ups, contextual ads, search, text links, etc.).
- Experience with various deal structures including CPM, CPC, CPL, and especially CPA.
- Experience managing and optimizing multiple direct response media campaigns and partnerships.
- Ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics.
- Experience with campaign management / ad serving technologies.
- PC proficiency and solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Impeccable fiscal responsibility.
- Thorough understanding of online creative strategy development.
- Proven ability to accommodate evolving responsibilities and last minute changes.
- Excellent project management and time management skills.

Account Manager
Due to rapid growth, we have an immediate need for an Interactive Account Manager. The TuZoom Account Manager helps clients sell products and build brands through effective marketing consulting, strategic planning, media negotiation, and media placement.
The Account Manager will be required to:
- Develop, coordinate, and manage campaigns for select clients
- Maintain excellent client relationships
- Develop media and marketing strategies
- Coordinate and present campaign analysis
- Issue and respond to RFPs (Request for Proposal)
- Negotiate effective media deals
- Supervise insertion order process and ensure adherence to terms and conditions
- Secure creative specs for ad development
- Handle cancellations and reallocations
- Optimize campaigns based on direction from the Campaign Management team
- Serve as liaison between the agency and publishers
Qualifications:
